My Experience
I have 6 years of professional childcare experience. For the past 4 years, I’ve worked as a nanny for the same family, caring for two children who were 7 and 4 when I started and are now 11 and 8. Before this, I worked in a nursery for 2 years caring for children aged 1-5.
As the children I currently nanny for are getting older, the family no longer needs the same level of childcare. I’ve absolutely loved being a part of their family and watching the children grow over the last 4 years, and I’m now looking forward to finding another family where I can build that same special, long-term relationship.
My Qualifications
I don’t currently have any formal childcare qualifications, however I have 6 years of hands-on professional childcare experience, including 2 years working in a nursery and 4 years as a nanny. My experience has given me a strong understanding of children’s routines, development, safety and individual needs.
