Hello, my name is Carly, my daughter’s name is River. River is 4 years old, extremely bright and loves creative play. I’m struggling with childcare throughout the summer holidays. I do not work set hours, I get my rota every Wednesday evening and it tells me what my shifts are from the following Friday - Thursday. River’s father, Bradley, also works and doesn’t have fixed shifts so this causes overlaps constantly. We need someone who could possibly help on them uncertain days.
