About Me
My partner and I are both self-employed and we have 2 lovely under 2. I'm Singaporean Chinese and he is Polish. We are an energetic and fast-moving family with 1 toddler and 1 baby, ages 15 months and 3 months old.
I've started returning to work, which requires me to be on my phone a lot when I'm at home. And this oftentimes makes me feel guilty about my ability to manage the household and the needs of the infant, whilst keeping my toddler meaningfully occupied during this important time of transition. Help needed!

I'm looking for reliable nanny-househelp covering 3 mornings in the week to help with morning routine — breakfast making, some help with tidying, some nannying of the toddler and infant and to get us out the door for activities on an ad-hoc basis and until the toddler begins nursery in September. We will then need help on Saturday mornings until December 12.
Mandarin or Polish-speaking would be desirable, though not mandatory or preferred over presence.
Also keen to chat with childminders near bethnal green/Limehouse-shadwell.
My children are at different developmental stages, so it is important that the applicant can keep both of them safe and engaged — The toddler understandably requires a lot of play and stimulation, whilst the infant tries to keep up with his sister. so it is important that the applicant can juggle between the two of them, and at times swap roles with me to help around the flat.
I do request that mobile phone usage be kept to a minimal for their safety especially when outside, and to model desirable behaviour for the toddler who has been very curious about phone use that adults around her are having!
Their comfort and happiness is important to me so I'm appreciative that the applicant can be the reliable person to keep them well-engaged, and to have presence, play, and education as part of their time spent with their nanny-housekeeper and childminder.
