Simply the best

We couldn’t recommend Liz highly enough. She has been absolutely wonderful with both of our children, and we have always felt completely confident knowing they were in her care. We have used Liz's childminding services since 2016 and she honestly feels more of a family member than a childminder. When other people over the years have commented on how polite and happy our children are, or how they have been to so many places, we often reply with...'well they have the best childminder!'
From day one, she created such a warm, nurturing and happy environment where our children felt safe, loved and genuinely excited to go. She is caring, patient, reliable and incredibly attentive to each child’s individual needs. Our children have thrived in her care, developing in confidence and independence while having so much fun along the way. We especially liked her high expectations of manners, sharing and learning how to be a kind young person. Another area of strength that we loved was how much of the outdoors our kids got to experience...the zoo, farm, country parks, splash parks, as well as their usual play groups where they got to mix with larger groups of children. The groups they attended focused on either music, baby signing, craft or performing arts. We regularly received diaries listing what they had done throughout the day, including funny quotes or moments, what they ate (always well balanced and healthy), as well as photos.
With my daughter, there was a day where she happened to only have her, so offered to take her to swimming lessons, which I was then able to continue with in the school holidays. This, along with so many other examples of going above and beyond, all form some of my children's fondest memories.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found Liz and will always be grateful for the wonderful care she has given both of our children. She has been such an important part of their early years (and beyond continuing with school pick ups until recently due to my children being 11 and 7 now...we really didn't want to leave!) We would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a truly exceptional one in a million childminder.
