About Me

Timing:
We are looking for a full-time nanny for an initial five-week period from 14 September to 19 October 2026. Following that, we anticipate seeking a permanent full-time nanny from January 2027 onwards and would be delighted if the right person were interested in continuing with us long term.

About us:
We are a warm, down-to-earth Colombian-Australian family looking for a nanny to care for our wonderful little boy, who is 20 months old. Both my partner and I work in finance, and we place great importance on kindness, respect, and creating a happy home environment.

More than anything, we are looking for someone loving, nurturing, and genuinely invested in our son's wellbeing. We hope to find a nanny who can build a secure attachment with him, encourage his curiosity, and help him feel safe, supported, and happy each day. He is literally the best kid who is happy, secure and calm temperament.

We see a nanny as an important part of our family and would be deeply grateful to find someone whom our son adores and trusts. If he looks forward to spending time with you and thrives in your care, we could not ask for more.

We also understand that the best nanny-child relationships are built for the long term. For the right person, we are happy to be flexible with hours and scheduling where possible. We want the arrangement to work well not only for our son, but for you too, and hope to build a relationship based on mutual trust, respect, and appreciation.
