About Me
I have a 21-month-old daughter who attends nursery ad-hoc. I'm expecting my second baby imminently but don't know when I'll go into labour, so I need someone flexible who can help with childcare at short notice. Looking for flexible evening and daytime babysitting support — someone to come to our home when I need backup for my toddler. My father-in-law is around but can't help with childcare, so we're building a small support network.

My daughter attends nursery on an ad-hoc basis. I'm expecting my second baby imminently but don't know when labour will happen, so I'm uncertain whether I'll need babysitting support — it really depends on the timing. I've asked family, friends and nursery to help during the day. Early mornings (from around 6:30am) and evenings (until around 7pm bedtime) are my main concerns, though early mornings might stretch into the day if I go into labour then and can't get her to nursery. Babysitter should be comfortable with nappy changes, dressing, meals and snacks (there's food in the fridge and pantry but might require some prep), bedtime routines (bath or shower), playing with toys, and taking her to the garden.
