My Experience

I have around five years of professional childcare experience, specialising in caring for babies and young children. I currently work as a Room Leader in a busy nursery, where I am responsible for the day-to-day care, development and wellbeing of babies, as well as supporting and leading a team. I have extensive experience with routines, feeding, sleep, personal care, developmental activities and creating stimulating, child-led experiences. I’m confident caring for children of different ages and am passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Higher Education in Primary Education and a Level 3 CACHE childcare qualification. I also have extensive additional training in areas including safeguarding, paediatric first aid, child development and early years practice. I have around five years of professional childcare experience and currently work as a Room Leader in a baby room, giving me extensive knowledge and experience of caring for babies and young children.
