I have taught across primary, secondary and Post 16 SEND provisions. My specialism is working with children and young people with autism.

My Qualifications

CertEd (PCET), University of Sunderland (2017). Postgraduate Certificate in Autism, Distinction, Northumbria University (2012). National Autistic Society Inspirational Education Provision Award. Autism and complex SEND; SCERTS; Talking Mats; TEACCH; Makaton; sensory regulation; visual supports; positive behaviour support; EHCP-led learning and Preparing for Adulthood.

• Tutoring from £35.00 per hour

Cancellation policy:
48 hours or more notice: no charge.
Less than 48 hours notice: full session fee.
If I need to cancel, no charge will be made and I will offer an alternative appointment where possible.
Genuine emergencies will always be considered reasonably.

Tuition is delivered by Janice and provided through EmpowerEd North.
