We will need ad hoc support from 4-7pm when a parent is working away or will be back late. It’s not a fixed schedule. But someone else to help lighten the load as it’s too much for 1 parent to look after 2 children at this age. Ignore the schedule and please not that this is ad hoc work and not a fixed pattern.
