My Experience

I have over 5 years of childcare experience, with particular experience caring for children aged 2–5, both independently and within busy family routines.

My experience includes sole-charge care, nursery and school pick-ups, preparing children’s meals, organising age-appropriate activities and outings, supporting learning through play, arranging playdates, and managing afternoon and evening routines including dinner, bath time, reading and bedtime.

I have experience supporting children with different personalities, developmental stages and individual needs, adapting my communication and approach accordingly. I particularly enjoy encouraging independence and confidence through everyday activities, from getting dressed and helping with simple cooking to tidying up and making age-appropriate choices.

I’m also confident managing children-related responsibilities such as their laundry, organising clothes and belongings, keeping play areas tidy, preparing bags and essentials, and helping parents coordinate children’s activities and appointments.

Throughout my roles, I have developed strong relationships with both children and parents and have become confident in taking initiative, anticipating children’s needs and managing their routines independently while keeping parents well informed.

My Qualifications

I do not currently hold a formal childcare qualification; however, I have over 5 years of hands-on childcare experience and have developed strong practical knowledge through working directly with children and families. I am also committed to continuing my professional development through relevant childcare training and courses.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £19.00 per hour
• Nannying from £22.00 per hour (gross)

My rates may vary depending on the number and ages of the children, working hours, responsibilities, and the overall requirements of the role. I’m happy to discuss the rate with each family based on their specific needs.
