I manage a busy, rolling shift pattern for work, but I am lucky to have a supportive family network nearby that helps me out with childcare whenever possible. I am incredibly organised, a great communicator, and will be fully set up with Universal Credit to cover my professional childcare costs. My Requirements
I am looking for a flexible, Ofsted-registered provider who can work alongside my family support to cover a 9-day rolling shift pattern. My work schedule includes: 3 Early Shifts: 6am to 8am (working from home) and 9am to 3pm (on-site). 3 Night Shifts: 10pm to 6am (requiring overnight care). 3 Days Off.
Because this rotation means I work all hours and weekends, my childcare needs change week-to-week. My family covers some of these blocks, so I need a childminder to flexibly fill the gaps—particularly for the overnight shifts and mornings 8am to 3pm. I will require formal monthly invoices and your Ofsted URN to process the payments through Universal Credit.
