Nanny needed for our 1 yr old baby
About Me
Hi! My husband and I are looking for a warm, caring and reliable nanny to help look after our 1-year-old.
We’re looking for someone on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm (15 hours per week), ideally starting as soon as possible. Occasional weekend babysitting would be a lovely bonus, but it’s absolutely not essential.
Our baby is generally very relaxed, happy and easygoing, and we’d love to find someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with little ones and can become a familiar, trusted part of our family.
For us, finding the right person is about more than just childcare. We’d love someone who feels comfortable and at ease around us, and who we can build a lovely, long-term relationship with. My husband and I have flexible working arrangements, so we’ll often be at home or working nearby. We’re a relaxed and friendly household, and it’s important to us that whoever joins us feels welcome and comfortable, while also being confident looking after our baby independently.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of childcare experience who is trustworthy, dependable, organised and happy to take initiative. Most importantly, we want someone who will care for our baby with genuine warmth and affection.
We’d love to start with a relaxed 15-minute video call to get to know each other, followed by a 2-hour trial to see how we all get along.

My Requirements
Day to day, we’d love someone who can take care of the usual things like feeding, changing nappies, playing, reading and keeping our baby entertained, whether that’s at home, enjoying the facilities in our building or occasionally heading out to the park.
We’d also really appreciate someone who can take care of the baby’s laundry, including washing, folding and putting clothes away, and generally help keep the baby’s things organised. If you enjoy cooking and can prepare simple, healthy meals for the baby, that would be a wonderful bonus, although it’s not essential.
