My Experience

I’ve worked in education since leaving school, gaining experience in Scotland, Australia and England. I have a wealth of experience working with children from newborn age through to Key Stage 2, and have spent the majority of my career working in primary education.

My Qualifications

HNC in Early Education and Childcare (Scottish qualification)
Bachelor (Hons) in Primary Education
Basic first aid and safeguarding training from being employed in primary schools

My Availability

As I’m currently on sabbatical from teaching, I have good flexibility with my availability and can offer a range of childcare support. I’m particularly happy to help with before- or after-school care, occasional babysitting and ad-hoc childcare when needed. I’m not looking for full-time childcare work, but would love to support families on a flexible basis around their individual needs.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour

My standard rate is £13 per hour, although I’m happy to discuss individual requirements and arrangements with families. Rates may vary depending on the number of children, hours and type of childcare required.
