About Me
Hello, my name is Becky, and I’m 31 years old. I’m a very family-oriented person and love spending time with my family. I’m lucky to have five nephews and two nieces, who are a very special part of my life.
At home, I live with my partner and our two dogs, who keep us very busy and bring lots of happiness to our home.
I really enjoy working with children in my local nursery and find it incredibly rewarding to watch them grow, learn and develop their individual personalities and skills.
I particularly enjoy providing a range of fun, creative and engaging activities that encourage children to explore, learn and build confidence.
It’s lovely to see the children develop new skills and reach their milestones, and I feel very proud to be part of their early years journey.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare for 16 years and have always had a real passion for supporting children and helping them learn, grow and develop.
I am DBS checked and hold a Paediatric First Aid qualification, as well as SEND experience, which has helped me develop a good understanding of how to support children with different needs and abilities.
I currently work in the toddler room as a Toddler Deputy Lead, where I help support the team and provide a safe, happy and nurturing environment for the children.
I enjoy planning and providing fun, engaging activities that encourage children to explore, learn and develop their confidence and independence.
Over the years, I have gained lots of experience supporting children through their different stages of development.
I particularly enjoy watching their personalities grow and seeing the excitement when they learn something new or achieve a milestone.
I feel very lucky to have built a career doing something I genuinely love, and I’m passionate about making every child feel happy, valued, supported and cared for.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 3 NVQ in childcare and have completed a range of childcare-related courses throughout my career.
I am also paediatric first aid trained and have completed safeguarding training, ensuring i have the knowledge and confidence to provide safe, caring and supportive environment for children.
My Availability
I'm available for childcare in the evenings from 6:30pm onwards, as well as weekends.
I'm happy to discuss your childcare needs and arrange dates and times that well for you and your family. I understand that every family is different so I'm always happy to have a chat about what you're looking for.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
My childcare rate is £15 per hour
