My Experience

I have over 10 years of experience working in education as a qualified primary school teacher and private tutor. During my teaching career, I have taught across the primary age range and have held additional responsibilities including Year Group Leader and Gifted & Talented Coordinator.

I have extensive experience teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum and preparing children for 11+ entrance examinations. I support pupils with Maths, English, reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar and Creative Writing.

Through my private tuition, I have worked with children of varying abilities, from those needing additional support and confidence to high-attaining pupils working towards selective school entrance examinations. My pupils have successfully gained places at a range of selective and grammar schools.

My Availability

I currently offer tuition during weekday after-school/evening hours and on Sundays.

Both online and face-to-face tuition are available, including one-to-one tuition and small-group classes. Availability varies depending on the subject and type of tuition required, so please contact me to discuss current spaces.

My Fees

• Tutoring from £15.00 per hour

Small-group tuition is available from £15 per lesson, with an option including homework and detailed marking/feedback for £20 per lesson.

One-to-one tuition is £35 per hour and includes homework.
