Full Time Nanny Job in Stafford
About Me
Hi! I’m a mum of two young children, Oliver and Amelia, living in Stafford. We’re a friendly, relaxed household and I’m looking for someone reliable who can become a familiar and trusted person for the children.
Ideally I’d love to find one regular nanny/babysitter who gets to know us and the children’s routines, although I’m also open to using 2–3 regular babysitters if I can’t find one person with enough availability.
My Requirements
My main requirement is regular evening childcare, potentially around 4–5 evenings per week, usually approximately 7/7:30pm–midnight. The exact days and hours and these would be arranged in advance.
The children will usually already be in bed/asleep, so most evenings would mainly involve being present in the house while I’m out and settling them if either wakes. Occasionally there may be some bedtime involved.
I’d ideally love to find someone who is also open to occasional additional childcare outside of these hours. This might include some daytime/weekend help. Very occasionally, an overnight stay may be needed but it wouldn't be a regular requirement and would always be discussed and arranged separately in advance.
My preference would be one regular person who can become our main nanny/babysitter, but I’m equally happy to hear from people who can only offer a couple of regular evenings each week, as I’m open to having a small group of trusted babysitters instead.
Reliability, experience with young children and finding someone the children are comfortable with are most important to me. I’d like us all to meet and get to know each other before starting.
