About Our Family:
I am a single parent working as a freelance school photographer. I am looking for a highly reliable, trustworthy, and Ofsted-registered childminder who can partner with us for the entire academic year to ensure my 10-year-old daughter gets to school safely and on time, allowing me to attend my critical work commitments without interruption.
Seasonal schedule:
My work peaks intensely during specific seasonal blocks: September to November and March to June. During these active months, I require regular morning support. (We can discuss a flexible or reduced arrangement during off-peak months).The Morning Routine & Travel:Timing: I need someone to arrive at our home in the SE9 area during the early morning.Breakfast & Prep: Help prepare a light breakfast, ensure she is fully ready with her school bag, and head out together.The Commute: My daughter has been allocated a school placement at Greenacres Primary School (which is 1.7 miles away). The journey involves an 8-minute walk to our local bus stop, a 23-minute bus ride, and a 10-minute walk to the school gates.Travel Companion: She is 10 years old and cannot navigate this multi-step cross-borough journey alone yet. I need a dedicated professional to accompany, guide, and supervise her safely on this exact bus and walking route every morning until she is mature and confident enough to do it independently.
Universal credit:
Because I receive support through Universal Credit, you must be Ofsted-registered with a valid URN so I can claim back 85% of the childcare and travel-accompanying fees. If you are reliable, experienced with school travel, and have availability for this routine starting this September, please message me so we can arrange to meet.
