Registered Childminder Job in Burgess Hill
About Me
We are a family of four who recently moved to Burgess Hill from London. I’m a full-time mum to Noah, who will be 3 in October, and his baby sister Thea. My husband works as a Business Consultant in London.
Noah is a happy, gentle and curious little boy. He attended nursery for three months but had to stop because of his food allergies. He has since been at home with me, and we now feel ready for him to start socialising, making little friendships and becoming more independent in a warm, home-from-home environment.
Because of his allergies to cow’s milk, eggs and some nuts, finding a safe and caring environment with someone confident in managing severe food allergies is particularly important to us.
My Requirements
I’m looking for a warm, nurturing and safe childminding environment for Noah from September 2026.
At the moment I’m not working, so I’m flexible with days and times. Ideally, we would like around 15 hours per week, spread over 3 days (approximately 5 hours per day), and we hope to use the 15 funded hours once Noah is eligible.
We are happy to pay privately initially to help him settle before moving onto the funded hours.
We live on Western Road and have our own car, so we do not require any school or nursery drop-offs or pick-ups.
Our main priorities are a caring home-from-home environment, opportunities for socialising and outdoor play, and, most importantly, someone who is confident and experienced in managing severe food allergies.
