Part-Time Nanny | Experienced Childcare Professional | Special Needs Experience

Hello,

I am a caring, patient and experienced childcare professional based in Glasgow, currently looking for a part-time nanny or childcare position.

I have a degree in Educational Sciences and professional training in childcare. I have several years of experience working with children and previously worked as a nursery manager and teacher. I have experience caring for children of different ages and supporting their learning, development and everyday needs.

I particularly enjoy helping children learn through play and creative activities. I believe children need a safe, caring and positive environment where they can feel comfortable, confident and supported.

I also have valuable experience working with children with additional needs. I cared for a child with Cerebral Palsy for several years, which gave me a strong understanding of patience, individual care and the importance of adapting activities to a child’s abilities and needs.

I am responsible, reliable, gentle and attentive, and I genuinely enjoy working with children. I am happy to help with everyday childcare, play activities, reading, creative activities, outdoor activities, mealtimes and establishing a positive daily routine.

I am currently looking for part-time work and I am also open to occasional or ad hoc childcare.

I can provide a reference from Christ Delphian Church in Bridgwater. They know me personally and have provided me with a reference and a letter of recommendation, which I would be happy to provide to a prospective family.
