About Me

I'm looking for a fun, caring and energetic part-time nanny for my 6-year-old son, who is home educated. He's a happy, playful little boy who loves Lego, being outdoors and having someone's full attention. He can have some difficulties with demands and transitions, and we're exploring possible ADHD/PDA traits, so I'm looking for someone patient, understanding and flexible who can build a relationship through play.

Initially around 2 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours as needed. The role would involve playing Lego and games at home, going outdoors and on local adventures, doing fun activities, spending time at home, and potentially occasional babysitting in the evenings once we know each other well. No formal teaching expected — this is about fun, positive attention and building his confidence and independence.

I'm after someone with experience working with young children, current DBS check, reliable, trustworthy, patient, fun and playful. Comfortable with taking him out locally once trust is built, and ideally someone looking for a regular role to get to know him over time.
