Hi, my name is Talullah!
I am a Level 3 qualified fluent welsh speaking childcare practitioner, having completed my apprenticeship within a nursery setting. I have gained two years of valuable experience working with children in both nursery and school environments since leaving comprehensive school.
I am passionate about providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can feel happy, confident and supported. I love encouraging children to play, explore, learn and develop at their own pace, while making sure they feel comfortable, valued and cared for.
Throughout my experience, I have worked with children from 6 months old to the age of 11. I have also had the opportunity to work with children with a range of additional needs and learning difficulties, including autism, global developmental delay and ADHD. This has helped me develop a patient, understanding and adaptable approach, recognising that every child is different and may need individualised support.
I am a caring, reliable and enthusiastic person who genuinely enjoys working with children. I take pride in building positive relationships with both children and their families and always aim to provide the highest standard of care.

My Experience
I am a Level 3 qualified childcare practitioner with over two years of experience working with children aged 6 months to 11 years. I completed my Level 3 Childcare qualification through an apprenticeship while working in a private day nursery, gaining valuable hands-on experience alongside my studies.
I currently work through an agency across schools in Swansea and have experience working in a specialist school, supporting children with a range of additional needs and learning difficulties. I have also provided one-to-one support for multiple children, adapting my approach to meet their individual needs and helping them feel safe, supported and confident.
My passion for working with children began from a young age through my experience as a dancer, where I enjoyed helping my dance teacher support and encourage younger children. This developed my natural love for caring for, supporting and building positive relationships with children.
I also have experience in changing nappies, and potty training aswell.
