My Experience

I have experience working with children in a variety of settings. I ran morning and after-school clubs in a primary school, as well as holiday clubs during school holidays, giving me experience caring for children of different ages and keeping them safe, happy and entertained. I have also done babysitting for families. Alongside my childcare experience, I have worked in a nursery setting doing cleaning, so I am comfortable helping to keep a child-friendly environment clean, safe and organised. I have completed the relevant training for my childcare and nursery work and understand the importance of responsibility, safeguarding and creating a positive environment for children.

My Qualifications

I am currently working towards my Zoology degree and have training and experience in childcare, safeguarding and cleaning. I have my level 3 in both animal care and dog grooming training, so I am also comfortable caring for family pets and helping with their day-to-day needs. My childcare experience includes running morning and after-school clubs, holiday clubs and babysitting. I have also worked in a nursery setting, where I received training in cleaning and maintaining a safe, hygienic environment for children. I am happy to help with both childcare and the wider needs of a busy household.

My Availability

I am available to work around my university commitments and can be flexible with days and hours where needed. I am particularly interested in finding a family where I can build a good relationship and become someone they can rely on regularly. This means mornings/ before school/ after school and evenings I am available for plus weekends. It is midday that I am less likely to be available for but once I start uni in October I can find which days of the week I am able provide care during the day.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour

My rates are flexible depending on the role, number of children, hours and responsibilities involved. I am happy to discuss this with each family and agree on a rate that works for everyone.
