About Me
I chose to study for a diploma in Early Years Education because, for as long as I can remember, I knew that the only career for me was in child education/care. As I was bringing up my daughter I was looking for a job that fitted the hours I could do, and found a lovely family who needed support with elder care as well as a help with a 2 year old as cover for their nanny, a role I did for 5 years and really enjoyed and the family are happy to provide references for me and speak to any prospective employer. After that, I studied for my Diploma in parallel with working in a nursery.
I think the fact that I enjoy looking after children, and naturally always find a way to help them learn and create a fun environment, is because that is what I was lucky enough to experience myself growing up in a happy home with lots of children around! I mention that because I believe our life experiences shape us. And that especially matters in caring roles in a way that goes beyond vocational qualifications.
I am a British Passport holder and fluent in English and Persian.
My Experience
I am a qualified Early Years Educator with nursery experience in London and a strong background in family caring roles. I completed my Level 3 Early Years Educator diploma in 2026, having begun the apprenticeship in April 2024, and I have worked in day nurseries since February 2025. My earlier practical caring experience came from bringing up my own daughter, and cover nanny for a little boy from 2 - 7.
By nature I am calm, conscientious and empathetic, which means that I adapt instinctively to caring responsibilities. With young children I believe that creating a joyful environment in which they can develop through play is critical, and creating such environments is one of my strengths. On a practical level I am very organised, cook healthy meals from scratch and am skilled at supporting children's early education and development.
