About Me
Hi, I’m Destiny and I live in Royal Wootton Bassett with my little boy Charlie, who will be one in October. We’re a very outdoorsy family with a working cocker spaniel and ponies, so Charlie is completely obsessed with animals and loves being outside.
I’ll shortly be starting a new role working three days a week and am looking for a warm, trustworthy childcare setting where Charlie can feel safe, happy and settled.
My Requirements
I’m looking for an Ofsted-registered childminder or nursery for three days a week, ideally starting properly from January using the funded childcare hours. My exact working days and hours are still being confirmed, and one day may occasionally involve travelling to London.
Charlie hasn’t attended childcare before and is currently very attached to me. I’m naturally quite nervous about leaving him when I return to work, so I’m looking for someone patient, compassionate and understanding who will help us both through the transition.
I would ideally like to arrange gradual settling-in sessions beforehand and increase his time slowly rather than moving immediately into three full days. I’m happy to consider different local settings and working patterns to find the right fit for him.
