My main job is working in a school, which has given me valuable experience supporting and communicating with children of different ages and abilities. I am also currently studying for a science degree, so I have a strong academic background and can offer tutoring, particularly in science, as well as support with homework, revision, and general learning. I aim to provide a safe, positive, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, encouraged, and confident.
My Experience
I have valuable experience working with children and young people in both primary and secondary school settings. Through my main job working in a school, I support pupils with their learning, development, and everyday needs. This has helped me develop strong communication, patience, organisation, and behaviour-management skills, as well as the ability to adapt my approach to different ages, abilities, and learning styles.
Alongside my school experience, I am currently studying for a science degree, which gives me strong subject knowledge that I can use when tutoring, particularly in science. I am confident supporting children with homework, revision, reading, and general learning while helping them build their confidence and independence.
