We are a warm, busy and loving family of four, with two children, Daisy and Reuben. Our children are currently home educated, so our home life is very family-focused and no two days are ever quite the same.
Both children have their own personalities, interests and individual needs, and they benefit from a patient, understanding and flexible approach. We try to make learning enjoyable and incorporate practical, creative and active activities into their days rather than following a rigid school-style routine.
We are looking for a nanny who can become a trusted and positive part of our family. It is important to us that the right person understands that every child is different and can adapt their approach depending on the day and the children's needs.

My Requirements
We are looking for a kind, patient and reliable nanny to support our family and care for our two children, who are currently home educated.
The role would involve helping to provide structure and routine throughout the day, supporting the children with their learning in a fun, flexible and engaging way, and encouraging activities both at home and out in the community. As both children learn best through practical, creative and active experiences, we are looking for someone who can think outside the box and make learning enjoyable rather than relying on a strict classroom-style approach.
One of our main requirements is finding someone who is calm, understanding and confident when dealing with big emotions, anxiety or challenging behaviour. Patience and the ability to build trust and positive relationships with the children are very important to us. We would like someone who can provide clear, consistent boundaries while remaining nurturing and supportive.
The nanny may also be asked to take the children to activities, appointments or outings, help organise educational and recreational activities, prepare simple meals and snacks, and help keep the children's daily routines running smoothly.
We are ultimately looking for someone who can become a trusted and positive part of our family — someone who is fun and energetic but also calm, dependable and able to adapt to the individual needs of both children.
