We need a short term nanny for 2 months to help with morning drop offs and afternoon pick ups and occasional evening care when Megan does long days at the hospital. Ryan is going away with the military and we will need help with childcare during this time. I have a rota with specific shifts that I need help with. There isn’t a set weekly pattern except that I don’t work on Tuesdays. I am happy to negotiate additional hours for housework and chores if that’s amenable to you.
