My Requirements
Temporary Live-Out Nanny (French or English native speaker) for 2-3 months. The role could be permanent (and live-in if desired) if you are willing to relocate to Paris in 2027.
We are looking for a warm, calm, experienced and reliable maternity nurse / nanny to care for our 4.5 months child. We don’t have other children.
We are open to either a French-native or English-native speaking nanny. The position is to start at the beginning of October 2026.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday (except if live-in as per above)
8:30am to 6:30pm
40 hours per week
Salary
£25-30 per hour if temporary live-out

Role Overview
The maternity nurse / nanny will work alongside the mum (first-time mum so keen to learn from your experience and always listening with no ego) taking care of our 4.5 months child throughout the day. The dad will be at work.
We are looking for someone warm, nurturing, respectful, honest, organised, professional, and confident with strong experience in children below 1-year old (especially below 6 months old). We are looking for someone who can ensure the full intellectual, physical, and physiological developments of our child.
Our child doesn’t have special needs.
Main Responsibilities
Provide care for the baby
Ensure the child’s safety and wellbeing
Maintain a consistent daily routine
Support the child’s development on all areas
Plan age-appropriate activities
Communicate regularly with the parents
Other duties
Care for the baby throughout the day
Prepare bottles and age-appropriate healthy meals (when relevant). Our child is still breast feeding.
Support feeding and weaning routines
Manage naps and sleep routines
Change nappies
Plan age-appropriate activities
Arrange walks, playgroups and local outings
Support the child’s learning and development
Keep the child’s areas organised
Maintain the child’s routine
Child-Related Housekeeping
Keep the nursery tidy
Tidy toys and play areas
Keep the pram and child’s equipment organised
No deep cleaning
All housekeeping duties are strictly child-related
Requirements
Previous professional maternity nurse or maternity nanny experience
Experience caring for babies below 6 months old
Confident working in a sole-charge position if needed
Warm, caring, respectful, and reliable. Need to put child’s care first above anything else.
Calm, discreet, organised & punctual and adaptable childcare professional
French-speaking or English-speaking
Good knowledge of baby routines, feeding and development
Enhanced DBS check
Paediatric First Aid certificate
MNT Accredited / Qualified maternity nurse
Right to work in the UK
