My Requirements

Hello,

My wife and I have a 2 year old daughter, Freya, that we’d like to teach French. Neither of us speaks French, and especially with the pronunciation we find the language challenging. Over the last year, we’ve been using flash cards and simple books to teach the basic everyday phrases around the household.

Last summer, a French student was staying with her relatives here in London. So for about a month nearly every day we organised 45 min “play” sessions in the park, so that our little one can “converse” in French. (at the time be spoken to of course).

We’re now looking for a similar way in which Freya can get exposure to French. For us, what would work best is an hour or two a few times per week. We're very flexible on time & duration. Anywhere in the Olympic park is good for us. There would always be either me or my wife together with you, so it's not a case of looking after a toddler.
