Parents to 4yo in Roundhay seeking evening babysitting help for child with mild additional needs
About Me
Me and my wife live in Roundhay, and have a 4 year old son, who has some mild additional needs.
Our son started School in September 2026, and we are due to have our second child in February 2027.
I am an accountant and my wife works in the NHS. We both work full time, so mostly need help around the occasional after school into evening, or weekends.
I’m from North East of England and my wife is from London, and so, we do not have many friends or family in the area, therefore we’re looking to find someone we can build a relationship with to help us out on an ad hoc basis, with potential to becoming more frequent from next year.
My Requirements
We are looking for;
1. Someone to provide flexible support with the odd post school, or evening/weekend to help us out on those occasions where we struggle due to work commitments.
2. Someone who can help with additional tasks around the house and perhaps become a more regular support, when the new baby is born.
Given our sons needs it’s important to us we find someone we can build a trusting relationship and who has experience of autism/adhd.
