My Summary

My Experience

I worked for a few years transporting kids in foster care to schools and contact centres. I then worked in a school nursing team for around 7 years doing health assessments on 3-4 year olds and assisting with health and sexual education within primary and secondary schools in Essex. After moving up to North Yorkshire I worked for a while with adults with complex needs, focusing on the health care side of it. I currently work part time as a support worker in a community nursing team doing dressings, administering injections and changing catheters amongst other things. On my days off I used to look after my grandchildren, there are five of them. Now they are of school age and the youngest attends a nursery I only look after them once a week. I have experience with newborns (my own 3 daughters and my 5 grandchildren). I have experience with adults with complex and special needs. I am also trained in first aid and am a very calm person.

I have also attended child and adult safe guarding training and First aid (basic life support) training over the years.

My Availability

I get my work rotas at least 3 months in advance so days will be changeable although I have every Friday off as a definite. I tend to work 3 days on and 4 days off on most weeks so I can arrange babysitting 3 months in advance. You will need to contact me for definite dates.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £18.00 per hour

My fees would start from £18 per hour cash and £20 per hour bank transfer depending on distance travelled and agreement with client.
