Childcare Wanted – Grantham
We are a family based in Grantham looking for a nanny, childminder or babysitter for our baby, who was born in April 2026.
Both my husband and I are doctors working at Grantham District Hospital (United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust), so we are looking for someone reliable, caring and experienced with young babies.
Ideally, we would like someone who can offer flexible childcare around our hospital shifts, including early mornings, longer days and occasional evenings/weekends. We are open to either childcare at our home or a childminder setting, depending on availability.
Our baby is currently around 4 months old, so experience caring for young babies is important to us.
My Requirements
* Experienced with babies
* Caring, trustworthy and reliable
* DBS checked and appropriately registered (where applicable)
* Paediatric first-aid trained
* Comfortable with bottle feeding and expressed breast milk/formula
* Flexible around changing work rotas
