I have over 5 years of experience working with children in early years settings, caring for babies and young children and supporting their development, wellbeing and individual needs. During this time, I have gained valuable experience planning and providing age-appropriate activities, supporting routines such as mealtimes and sleep, and creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and explore.
My experience in early years has also taught me the importance of working closely with parents and maintaining clear communication, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident that their child is receiving the best possible care.
