My Requirements
We require a nanny who can take responsibility for the children’s daily routines, meals, activities, school/nursery runs, bedtime and general needs.
That would allow the family to remain fully involved as a parent while having someone reliable who can manage the practical side of childcare when working or unavailable. I think it would give the children consistency and routine, while also giving the capacity to balance work, family and wellbeing.
