My Experience

Hi, I’m Ruby! ? I’m a Level 2 & Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner and currently work as a Baby Room Room Leader in a nursery, where I’ve worked for the past 3 years.

I have experience caring for babies and young children from 0–5 years, including children with additional needs. I’m passionate about creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and cared for.

Alongside my nursery role, I regularly babysit for families I’ve met through nursery, looking after their children when parents are working, going out or need an extra pair of hands. I really enjoy building strong relationships with both children and their families.

I’m paediatric first-aid trained and have completed a range of additional Early Years and SEN training. I’m confident with all aspects of childcare, including feeding, nappies, bedtime routines, play and activities, and supporting children’s individual routines and needs.

I’m friendly, reliable, caring and responsible, and I always aim to give parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are happy, safe and well looked after. ?
