My Requirements

I’m a Barrister and mum of one looking for a warm, reliable and experienced childminder to care for my baby 3 days a week starting on 5 April 2027.

Due to the nature of my work, I’m looking for someone who can offer some flexibility around days and hours, as court hearings and work commitments can sometimes vary. Ideally, I’d like to establish a regular routine while having some flexibility when my work schedule changes.

I’m looking for someone nurturing, trustworthy and attentive who will provide a safe, stimulating and loving environment. It’s important to me that my baby feels comfortable and settled with their childminder, and that there is good communication with me about his day, routines and development.
