About Me

Nurturing Home-Based Childcare – Central Oxford (next to the railway station)

I am a full-time mum of a 12-month-old offering a calm, child-led place for one little one aged 9–24 months.

I hold a Master’s in Early Childhood Development & Primary Teaching, paediatric first aid, enhanced DBS and am currently setting up my own forest school daycare (opening in South Oxfordshire in 2028). My approach is strongly rooted in child-led learning and the Montessori philosophy.

This is a slightly different offering for parents returning to work who aren’t quite ready for a full institutional nursery. Days would include gentle excursions to local parks, museums, galleries and activities, with meals and naps back at home in a warm, secure home environment.

Convenient drop-off right by the station – ideal for Oxford and London commuters.

My Experience

I have classroom teaching experience in Western Australia (Years 1 and 6) and in a private school in North West London (Year 2). In both settings I have supported children with ASD and ADHD, adapting learning and routines to meet individual needs. I have also previously worked in a private appointment in London for three years as a governess for two children aged 2 years and 4 years, upwards.
