Part Time Nanny Job in Richmond
About Me
We are a warm, friendly, english family based in Richmond upon Thames looking for a kind, caring, and reliable nanny for our two children, aged 8 (girl) and 11 (boy). Both parents work full-time. We are a non-smoking household, with no pets. We enjoy travel and encourage exercise and healthy eating. The children are fun and playful and love playing games, setting up enterprises, bike rides, swimming, going to the playground and going on adventures in Richmond Park.
Our youngest is attending the Vineyard Primary School at the top of Richmond Hill (10 minute walk) and our eldest is soon to start at Thomas' College, also at the top of Richmond Hill - he will be walking to and from school himself from September.
We are looking for a Nanny to provide childcare full time during school holidays and part time during the school term, and we're looking for someone who can bring warmth, patience, and consistency to their after-school and holiday routine. As a family, we value kindness, respect, and open communication, and we want our nanny to feel like a trusted, valued part of our household

Hours:
Term time: Part-time, Monday–Thursday, 3pm–7pm
School holidays: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm
Responsibilities:
School pick-ups (no driving required)
Preparing children's dinner
Supervising and helping with homework
Bathtime routine
Keeping children's bedrooms and bathroom clean and tidy
Washing and putting away children's clothes
Some light housework and ironing to help keep the home running smoothly
Requirements:
Prior childcare experience essential
Valid, up-to-date first aid certification
Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one)
