Hi! I’m Jyoti, a friendly, caring and responsible person with a genuine passion for working with children. I currently work in a primary school, which means I have lots of experience supporting children of different ages, personalities and abilities.
I’m patient, reliable and fun, and I love helping children feel comfortable and happy. Whether that’s playing games, doing arts and crafts, reading stories, helping with homework or simply keeping them entertained, I always aim to create a safe and positive environment.
I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and comfortable with the person looking after their children, so I would always treat your little ones with the same care, patience and kindness that I would want for my own family. ?
My Experience
I currently work in a primary school, where I regularly work with and support children in a variety of situations. This has given me experience in understanding children’s individual needs, including those of children with special educational needs (SEN), building positive relationships and helping them feel safe, supported and confident.
I am used to working with children of different personalities, abilities and needs, and understand the importance of patience, clear communication and creating a positive environment. I also have experience supporting children with activities, learning and day-to-day routines, adapting my approach to help each child feel comfortable and included.
Working in a school has taught me the importance of safeguarding, responsibility and ensuring children’s wellbeing is always a priority. I genuinely enjoy working with children and love seeing their personalities develop, helping them have fun while feeling safe, cared for and supported.
I have worked in a school setting since 2020.

* Full Enhanced DBS
* Safeguarding Children Training
* ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) Training
* SEN Training, including specific training relating to ADHD
* Qualified primary school teacher with professional experience working with children and supporting their individual needs
My qualifications and professional training mean I have a strong understanding of children’s learning, development, wellbeing and safeguarding. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment where every child feels comfortable and valued.
My Availability
I currently work in a primary school Monday to Friday, so my availability is evenings, weekends and school holidays.

- Tutoring from £25.00 per hour
