Registered Childminder Job in Hereford
About Me
We're a friendly family based in central Hereford, expecting our first baby in December 2026. We're looking for a warm, caring and reliable childminder who can become a familiar and trusted person in our little one's life.
We're hoping to arrange one day a week from August 2027, increasing to Monday–Friday, full days from September 2027, when both parents return to full-time work.
We'd love to find someone who will provide a nurturing, fun and home-from-home environment, where our baby can feel safe, happy and encouraged to explore and develop. Ideally, we're looking for a childminder who genuinely enjoys spending time with little ones and would be interested in building a lovely, long-term relationship with our family.
My Requirements

Trust is particularly important to us. We want to feel confident that our child is happy, well cared for and in a safe environment throughout the day.
We'd love a childminder who encourages curiosity, exploration and learning through play, while also helping our child develop confidence and independence. Good manners, kindness, respect and consideration for others are also values we'd like to encourage from an early age.
We're looking for someone who is patient, reliable, nurturing and engaging, and who will genuinely enjoy getting to know our child and supporting their development.
From September 2027, we would ideally need Monday–Friday care, from before school through to after school, with the flexibility and consistency that working parents require.
