My Experience

I worked alongside another childminder for 8 years where we were inspected with exceptional grades. This experience taught me everything I know about childminding and has been invaluable when setting up independently.

My aim is to provide a warm, loving, home from home environment where children feel safe, respected, valued and happy. I strive to create a setting build on kindness, positivity and respect where every child is encouraged to be themselves and grow in confidence. I aim to offer a mix of time indoors to relax and play and time outdoors to move freely and explore. Above all, I understand how important children are and my goal is to create a caring, fun and nurturing space where children can learn, laugh, build friendships and thrive, a place where parents are comforted knowing their child is loved and safe with me.

My Qualifications

I hold a BA (Hons) in Childhood and Youth Studies
A HNC in childhood practice
and over 8 years of experience between a childminding setting and a council run nursery.
I was an Early Years Officer in a large nursery before jumping back into childminding.

My Availability

I have spaces on a Monday and/or Tuesday these can be between the hours of 8-5:30

My Fees

• Childminding from £7.00 per hour

i charge £7 per hour and welcome payments through the tax-free-childcare scheme.
