About Me
Hi, I'm Tori and i am looking for a kind, caring and reliable childminder for my 4-year-old son. I'm quite family-oriented and really value a warm, friendly and homely environment for him.
My son is quite a sensitive and nervous little boy, particularly when it comes to being away from Mum and Dad, so finding someone patient and understanding is really important to me. I'm hoping to find someone we can build a good relationship with and who can help him grow in confidence at his own pace.
I'm easy-going and approachable, and I really value good communication with the person caring for my son. I'm looking for a childminder who feels like the right fit for both of us rather than simply somewhere for him to go.
My Requirements
Looking for childcare for my 4-year-old son, who turns 5 in February 2027. Ideally looking for 2–3 sessions per week, preferably mornings, using his 15 funded hours where possible.
He is quite nervous about being away from Mum and Dad, so I'm looking for a small, calm and homely setting with someone experienced in helping children with separation anxiety and building confidence gradually. Ideally there would be a few other children around his age so he can develop his social skills and become more comfortable around other children.
We're hoping to start as soon as possible and continue until he starts Reception in April 2027. We'd be happy to start with shorter sessions while he settles in.
