About Me

I’m a caring and responsible older sister to three younger siblings — Ailsa (9), Fleur (7) and Nico (3) — whom I absolutely adore. Being a big sister has given me plenty of hands-on experience caring for children of different ages and has taught me the importance of patience, responsibility and understanding.

For the past two summers, I have had the opportunity to work at Cedar Lake Camp in America, where I cared for girls aged 11–14 on a full-time, residential basis. I lived alongside the campers for two months each summer, supporting them throughout their daily routines, activities and any challenges they faced. This experience taught me how to build strong, trusting relationships with children, navigate difficult situations calmly and confidently, and ensure that every child feels supported and included. I found the experience incredibly rewarding and plan to return each summer.

I have also worked for JOSS (Jordanhill Out of School Service) at Jordanhill School in Glasgow. I was responsible for collecting children aged 6–12 at the end of the school day and safely walking them to their after-school care facility. I also helped take the younger children to their weekly tennis club, giving me further experience supervising groups of children and keeping them safe while travelling between activities.

Alongside my childcare experience, I have worked at John Lewis, where I developed strong communication, organisation and customer-service skills — all of which I bring into my work with families.

I also have extensive babysitting experience within my local community in Jordanhill, caring for children ranging from babies through to 12-year-olds. I’m comfortable adapting to different ages, personalities, routines and family needs.

A little more about me

• I’m incredibly passionate about music and have been singing for as long as I can remember!
• I love going to concerts, although I’m equally happy having a cosy night in.
• I love travelling, and with family living in Australia, I’m lucky enough to have a second home there.
• I am DBS background checked.
• Most importantly, I genuinely love working with children and find it incredibly rewarding to be someone they can feel comfortable, safe and happy around.
