After School Nanny

My Name is Alyson and I have 2 children. A daughter aged 11, she is highly intelligent but has autism and adhd. My son is 6. Due to sudden change in circumstances i need urgebt help with school pick ups. My daughter will be attending westleigh high school and finishes at 3pm and my son goes to St philips and finishes at 3.30pm. I'm looking for either a solution for both to safely pick both and take home and stay eith them until I finish work or separate solution if need be. Many thanks
