I am a mum to my 3-year-old daughter, and we have recently moved to Milton Keynes.
My daughter will be starting a Nature Kindergarten in Bletchley in September 2026, attending Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 3:00pm. I am currently a full-time MSc student and am looking for reliable, nurturing after-school childcare for her three days a week.
I am looking for someone who can collect her from her kindergarten at 3:00pm and care for her for approximately three hours, until I can collect her at around 6:00pm. I am particularly interested in childcare in Bletchley or the surrounding areas.
My daughter was born in Denmark and attended nursery there from the age of nine months until we left Denmark in January 2026. Following our move to the UK, she attended nursery in London for around five months, and we have recently relocated to Milton Keynes. She has therefore experienced quite a few changes in a relatively short period of time.
Because of this, I am looking for a warm, patient and nurturing childminder who can provide her with a sense of consistency, security and routine while she settles into another new environment. She is a lovely, curious and active little girl, and I would really value someone who can take the time to get to know her, build a trusting relationship with her and support her at her own pace.
Danish is an additional language for her, so I would also appreciate a carer who is patient and encouraging with her communication and language development. I am keen for her to continue developing her English naturally through conversation, play and everyday activities.
In addition to the regular Monday, Tuesday and Thursday after-school care, I may also occasionally need a babysitter outside of these hours, depending on my university commitments.
I am looking for someone who is caring, dependable and genuinely enjoys working with young children. I would love to find a childminder who can become a familiar and trusted person in my daughter's life during this period of transition.

My childcare requirements
I am looking for regular after-school childcare for my 3-year-old daughter from Monday 28 September 2026.
She will be attending Acorn Coldharbour Nature Kindergarten in Bletchley from Monday 14 September, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm.
I am looking for childcare on:
* Monday: 3:00pm–6:00pm
* Tuesday: 3:00pm–6:00pm
* Thursday: 3:00pm–6:00pm
I need a childminder who can collect my daughter from the kindergarten at 3:00pm and care for her until I can collect her at approximately 6:00pm. I am happy for her to be cared for at the childminder's home in Bletchley or the surrounding areas.
I am a full-time MSc student, so these three afternoons will be my regular childcare requirement during my university term. The days may change in the future depending on my university timetable, but I will always provide as much notice as possible.
I am also interested in occasional babysitting outside of these regular hours, particularly when my university commitments require additional childcare.
I am specifically looking for an Ofsted-registered childminder who is approved to provide the Universal 3–4-year-old Early Education Funding, and who has availability for a late September 2026 start.
I would ideally like to find someone who can provide a safe, nurturing and consistent environment for my daughter, and who can support her as she settles into her new kindergarten and life in Milton Keynes.
