My Requirements

A few miles from us, we need regular care for our 3-year-old (up to 30 hours per week or flexible). Our 6-year-old needs school pickup from Oakley Valley Primary Academy around 3pm and after-school care until 5pm on weekdays. Russian-speaking support would be greatly valued as our children are in a settlement period. We need a provider with reliable transport for school runs occasionally. Our schedules vary — I work hybrid (sometimes travelling abroad for a week at a time) and my partner works part-time shifts including some nights and weekends. We need someone flexible and reliable who can adapt to changing needs.
