Hi, I’m a mum looking for someone reliable, caring and trustworthy to help with childcare for my 5-year-old son. I work full-time and have a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, so I’m looking for someone flexible who can work around my changing rota.
I’m friendly and easy-going, but finding someone I can trust with my son is really important to me. I’m hoping to build a good, reliable relationship with someone who my son feels comfortable and happy with.
My Requirements
I’m looking for someone to collect my 4-year-old son from school at 3:15 on the days I’m working.
After collecting him, you would need to stay with him until my dad arrives, or if a car is available drop him to my grandma in Watford.
As I work a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, the days I need childcare will change each week. I will have my rota in advance and will be able to provide the dates as early as possible.
The main responsibilities would be:
* Collecting him from school club
* Bringing him home or to my grandmas in Watford
* Keeping him safe, comfortable and entertained
* Waiting with him until his grandad arrives, or just dropping him off
I’m looking for someone dependable, patient and genuinely good with young children. Previous childcare experience and a current DBS check would be preferred. Someone who preferably drives.
I’m ideally looking for someone local who would be happy to provide this type of flexible, regular childcare arrangement.
