My Experience

Within my personal life I have cared for and supported my sister with complex needs, my nephew and niece with autism and my nan with dementia.

Throughout my career I have worked with children of a range of ages but specialise more in early years education. I have worked in a private day nursery as a key worker and nursery nurse, managing my own key group of children, planning activities and completing assessments to help each and every child meet their targets. During this time I worked with children with autism, complex needs, speech and language difficulties and furthermore.
I have also worked as a 1-1 support assistant for a child with autism and helped to complete and write his EHCP, which was successful, and he is now in a specialist school.
I continued my career by working in special educational needs for children who are visually impaired and had physical multiple learning disabilities. During this time I completed manual handling training, oxygen training and tube feed training. I completed sensory-based learning activities and helped cover lesson plans.
I have worked in school nurseries as a teaching assistant and nursery nurse, covering lessons and carrying out the routine as a confident room leader.

I’m looking for an afternoon/evening nannying role I am available weekdays from 4pm and I’m happy to do part time hours on a Saturday or Sunday.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
