About Me
Hello, my name is Beth, I am 25 years old and have been living in Glasgow for 1 year - I am originally from Aberdeenshire.
I am looking to step away from my office job and return to childcare as I am naturally more of a bubbly, energetic person who thrived in the unpredictability of working with children. I am hoping to do a masters in September 2027 to become a history teacher so I am fully available and willing to commit to a year of working for your family if we are suited.
My Experience
I worked as a full-time nanny while living in Dublin for approx 10 months, looking after a boy aged 1.5 and a girl aged 3 - I miss them lots. Before that I had part time babysitting jobs as a teenager and also volunteered with my local Brownies group for 3 years, where the age range was 7-10 years old. I am very flexible and patient so I am open to any age ranges.
My Qualifications
I do not have any official qualifications in childcare but am completely willing to get any background checks necessary and I can also provide a reference from my previous employers both in and out of childcare. I have a HNC in Social Science from Dundee and Angus College and an honors degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Dundee.
