My Requirements

I am looking for a nanny or childminder to care for my 8 year old son H who is Autistic and has ADHD. Special needs experience preferred but not essential - need to be a kind, patient person! He is currently unable to attend his mainstream primary school and awaiting a more supportive specialist school environment. Unfortunately waiting for this placement could take up to a year! Henry is autistic and has ADHD. He is verbal, very chatty and imaginative! He is fun loving, has a good sense of humour and loves being outdoors. Care would involve preparing him food, taking him out to activities and keeping him entertained!
We need childcare for 2 full days during and afer school hours per week. We can be flexible on hours and days initially as we can adapt our working days based on your availability but would then prefer.2 fixed days a week. Henry also has 6 hours respite per week through Dewis, at a rate of £15.55 per hour plus mileage that you could also apply for.

In addition we have a 4 year old girl who is starting at a local primary school and need school pick up at 3.15 and cared for until we finish work around 5.30pm

The same provider would be ideal but also happy to have 2 separate people for each child
